PeppermintParchment: Part Nine of the Euphoria comic. I'm getting there slowly but surely.

PeppermintParchment: Forgot to color the teeth yellow D: It seems I forget something on every update!

Megatron: That shoppe needs a "We have the right to refuse service" policy sharpish.

- Reply
UltraKek: @Megatron: I'm pretty sure any shop can refuse service to any customer as long as they don't do so in a way that would imply discrimination.

deathproofpony: Rape: impending.

RQ: mmmmm cheeto dust

Anonymous1: Do they even offer Jellenheimers at the Fluffy store?

Anonymous4: aww those mlp foals are adorable

leon2040: That *checks notes* Rarity foal is doomed. Beyond doomed. Probably up the butt doomed.

At least the one pinkish foal got a bit of a snack.

Also, full body shiver at Christian's heart-eyes.

Looking forward to part ten!

Robocop: @PeppermintParchment: i love you almost as much as i love how neckbeard's rack is bigger than Gwen's! Keep up the good work!

- Reply
AuntyJane: Aw, I was hoping some bad colored foals would be adopted.

Sympathy for neck beard rapidly leaving.

Anonymous6: Oh yes, make him pay out the as!

FoalOut4: Is this comic a prequel to quickhorn's image with the neckbeard adopting a derpy hooves pony who says "tee-he, daddeh! Fwuffy make wee-wee wawa!" Sure looks like it. Right here: https://www.fluffybooru.org/post/view/30377
- Reply
Anonymous8: @FoalOut4: ugh. UGH. I dont whats worse, the piss or the neckbeardo
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @FoalOut4: No, not a prequel. At least not an intentional one. The Quickhorn neckbeard is very similar to mine, though! I have seen that image before, on 4chan I believe, so maybe I accidentally designed my neckbeard based on my memory of that one! I'm not going to use a Derpy Hooves pony, though. His fluffy will be "special", but not a Derpy Hooves.

PeppermintParchment: @Anonymous: Oh, thank you so much for saying that! :) I'll probably be here a while, unless fluffies start consuming my life and I start neglecting my other projects/stories I'm working on. Which is why I'm trying to avoid posting on the Booru on the weekend. I check it much more often if I post.
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @SacreAnima: The best part of Doritos is the left-over dust. No one can convince me otherwise ;)
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @Anonymous: Hm, good question! I suppose it depends on the author/artist. Jellenheimers are mysterious creatures related to fluffies, are far as I can gather from their mentions on the Booru, but they also have a kind of mythical "sasquatch" aura about them. My store in this comic will sell Jellenheimers, but it's more of a comedic effect and a nod towards the mythos than an actual plot point.

PeppermintParchment: @Anonymous: Thank you ^.^
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @DeadInside: I'll take that as a compliment ;)
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @Robocop: I'm glad you noticed that. I made Gwen have smallish breasts for that effect ;)

AdolfFluffer: Love where his comic is going

Destroyer_of_worlds: The store clerk looks like Lucy from FairyTale.

Anonymous9: This is one of the few instances where I would rather beat the human. Filthy fedora-tipping gentlesir neckbeard.

- Reply
Robocop: OH my god.. I just realized you're doing this in PEN. That makes these 100x more amazing
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @Destroyer_of_worlds: I just googled her and she does! Gwen apparently looks like a lot of blondes! I've had her compared to Samus Aran, Winry Rockbell, and now Lucy! Before these comparisons I was only familiar with Winry, and that was from one of the handful of Fullmetal Alchemist episodes I've seen. Any similarities to the characters are completely accidental :0

PeppermintParchment: @Robocop: Pen and Marco Raffine colored pencils. I could work much faster if I had a tablet or something along those lines! However, I know nothing about any of that stuff, so I'm afraid to spend a lot of money on one just to be disappointed.

- Reply
Robocop: @PeppermintParchment: Look-up, read reviews of, and research the Wacom Intuos Drawpad. I have one and I HIGHLY recommend it! The pen and the pad are exactly what I need, right out of the box! No add-ons, no upgrades, no nothing. Just right out of the box and it's perfect. I also use Krita as my software. Opensource is bestsource!
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @Robocop: Thank you so much h for telling me! I had no idea where to start,I didn't even know any brand names or anything! I'll definitely check it out :) I have an extra $100 as a Christmas gift,so that's my budget. The Drawpad you suggested is $79 on Amazon,so I will read reviews etc. And see! Thanks again!

Zephirot: @PeppermintParchment listen to what Robocop said- everything he/she said is correct. While wacom tablets are not cheap- you can buy one and it will take you VERY far.

Comment about the comment: I hope he buys the foal and rapes it only to get a fluffy STD. Sorry..I'm a sick-fuck that hopes for the worst.
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @Zephirot: Yeah,I've been reading about them and I've yet to see any negative reviews. Unless I can find something "better" for less,I'll probably be going with the Wacom. But do they not come with software? RoboCop mentioned software, but I assumed since they were made for drawing it would come predownloaded? Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm not technologically inclined at all,I can't even type correctly.

- Reply
Robocop: @PeppermintParchment: nah no software. There was some mention about a comics drawing tutorial guide but.... i didnt really need it anyways. A lot of people use different software for their digital doodles. I just use Krita because its super powerful and totally free. (Ooooppeeeennnsooouuurrrcceee *swoon*)

Megatron: @UltraKek: So she could just say he looks a little "jewy" and call it off?

Anonymous10: eww, he touched her?

SluggiesNotHuggies: I'd like to buy a sorry stick that is to be exclusively used on fedora wearing Cheeto fingered fagbeards with disgusting hygiene like the thing above.
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @Robocop: Huh, weird that there's no software included. Guess I'll go with Krita if I get one, because I don't know any other brand as of now ^.^'

Strange, coz when I bought my Bamboo and Intuos I got PS Elements and PS CS6. I guess they don't like Adobe anymore.
If it comes to Krita be prepared to get laggy user experience. I own a beast of a PC and Krita ran like crap.
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @ziggy: What did I just watch? O.o
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @ZK: I have a crappy $112 laptop from Walmart, so if your PC couldn't handle it my laptop definitely won't be able to. Do you have any suggestions for software?

- Reply
ZK: @PeppermintParchment:
Well, you can still try it. Maybe there was a problem on my side (it didn't like my GeForce) :)

If you want to use paid software Paint Tool SAI and Autodesk Sketchbook are pretty affordable painting powerhouses.
And if it comes to free stuff, there's always Twisted Brush, MyPaint (infinite canvas, infinite zoom) and GIMP (it's a bit wonky), PaintNET and older Sketchbook versions.
- Reply
PeppermintParchment: @ZK: Thank you for all the suggestions! I'm so glad you are willing to give me advice.
- Reply
SluggiesNotHuggies: @PeppermintParchment: I have to say, PP. Your work has managed to make me have sympathy for fluffy foals.

PeppermintParchment: @SluggiesNotHuggies: Thank you! I'm glad I make you feel :) That's a huge compliment.

fluffytaffy: He has good taste, at least.

yippyskippy1909: NO!! Not Rarity!! At least the Cheeto dust won't be so obvious if he gets an Applefluff or a Scootafloof.

Hey, we are artists. We have to band and help eachother out you know?

ZK has it down pat with the suggestions but I strongly suggest trying out Gimp or PaintNET first as a means of getting used to said art programs. There is a plethora of tutorials on youtube for doing line-art as well as coloring.

Anonymous12: Nuuuu, not Rarity

She is one of the best ones ;_;
