babbehteef: @Disintegral: just how heavy are fluffies anyway?

- Reply
Dhylec: @babbehteef: the same weight a cat of the same size would be, give or take, but i do believe they get lighter after shitting

- Reply
babbehteef: @Dhylec: that makes sense, since most of their body mass is just fluff. My headcanon size of fluffies are about corgi-sized.

Anonymous3: @babbehteef: I think it depends on head canon. CD's fluffies are very small, so I dont imagine they would weigh more than a pound at most. Shaferaraks fluffies are often fat, and are proportionate to a house cat or small dog and likely weigh around 10 to 15 pounds.

babbehteef: @Anonymous: Now I'm curious about what everyone's headcanon is.

Anonymous4: @babbehteef: My hc is that healthy newborns are about the size of a twinkie, 2 inches long and squishiable. Then foals/just starting to talk are about six inches long and 3 high, about the size of a mobile but still nursing kitten. Actually more like as tall as a toilet paper roll. Weanlings, fluffies almost done nursing (Ready to survive separation from mother) are about 8 inches tall and long, about as big as a baseball glove. And finally adults are about ten inches tall and 8ish inches long, the size of a large house cat. I also think that stallions are slightly bigger, about 12 inches and more the size of a jack russell.

Disintegral: @babbehteef: Enough.

Seriously though, I always figured on par with larger house cats, maybe slightly heavier to account for added brain mass and fluffier fluff.

differential_Sloth: @babbehteef: I envision mine to be around 70 to 80% the average size of Corgis at all stages of life, with earthies growing much bigger on occasion.

WiredandGaming: I figure that considering their status as 'intended for children' they'd be decent sized when fully grown(to avoid the destructive habits of children)...so a full grown, well nourished Earthie might be about Welsh Corgi size.

Unless I'm exaggerating fluffy size relative to stuff for effect or putting a Micron fluffy in somewhere because they're like...kiwis to basketball size maybe.
